Weekly change of bed and kitchen linen and towels, weekly and final cleaning, use of common areas, use of the pool (it must be used a personal towel or by us provided by paying a fee), wi-fi.
Daily cleaning and linen change service is not included.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
Check-in from 3.00 p.m to 7.00 p.m
Check-out not later than 10.30 a.m
BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of 50% of the total amount due, to be paid by bank transfer, as well as a signed copy of the regulation. Upon arrival, all guests will be asked to provide a copy of their credit card or € 200 in cash as a deposit, to be returned upon departure. The bill is to be paid the day of departure with credit card, debit card or in cash (cheques not accepted).
Cancellations at least 10 days before arrival will lead to 50% of the deposit being withheld; from 3 to 9 days, 90% of the deposit will be withheld; 2 days or less, 100% of deposit will be withheld. In HIGH SEASON, 100% of the deposit will be withheld in all cases of cancellations.
